You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that we can only issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear on your next statement. For other payment methods, please allow additional time for the refund to be processed.

If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly.
In cases where a refund is delayed due to incorrect payment information provided by the customer, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you to obtain the correct details. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the refund may be canceled, and you will need to initiate a new refund request.
